One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is the great international community of support and love. There are several local photographers and recently I’ve gotten the pleasure to shoot with a few or get together for coffee. Not too long ago, I received an inquiry about a wedding and the client said another local photographer referred me because she liked my work. I immediately reached out to this photographer and started a conversation. Over the next week, I met Sarandon of Sarandon Mara Photography twice: once for a headshop swap, and once just to have coffee. Both were great visits to the Heritage Bakery & Cafe in Downtown Harrisonburg, and I look forward to many more meetings. Here are a few photos from our headshot swap!
