These are the kind of shoots I live for. Although I’ve known Kat for years, this session was one of the best times I’ve ever had with her. We traveled around Georgetown with her family and laughed almost the entire time. We visited two of the coolest murals in DC (one on the side of a house, and the other on the side of a Japanese restaurant – guess which is which) and ended the trip on the waterfront. Because it had rained for the past few days, the heavy fog was appreciated. Not appreciated: me making Kat do random activities so I could get her to laugh. Many jumping jacks, cha-chas, and attempted back-flips later, we ended up with some of my favorite photos to date. Good luck jumping into senior year Kat.
