The search is over: ladies and gentlemen, we have found the couple that is most in love with each other. Rachel and Ryan have a beautiful and crazy love story that has taken them all over the world and has made them certain that they are meant for each other. Distance can be hard for these two, but when they’re together they make the absolute most of it. Our Downtown Harrisonburg engagement session was a happy reunion for all three of us.

I had no trouble getting adorable photos because they couldn’t stay away from each other. Rachel and Ryan were absolute naturals because their love was so obvious it just radiated throughout all of Harrisonburg. I’ve known Rachel for a few years, and I’m so happy that she has found someone as happy, kind, and loving as she is. These two are meant for great things and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year.

P.S. Rachel accidentally left her phone in my bag and she didn’t notice for hours because they were so in the moment with each other out at dinner. She came by at the end of my practice to pick it up, and all my teammates said she looked like a bride and that she was absolutely glowing. They couldn’t have been more right.

We ended the session by getting some wintery photos in a small group of evergreens. Tell me they don’t look like they belong in a Christmas Hallmark movie!
